A few days ago a video appeared of the new update for the Xbox that is rumoured to be arriving on November 15th. The new interface is very Metro bringing the typography and squares we used to on Windows Phone 7. Along with Windows 8’s radical new design we see that the three screens (and increasingly the cloud) will all soon have a shared UI, that will be a first for any company and ecosystem I believe; sadly it wont for another year that all platforms are actually officially Metro.

Sadly I don’t own an Xbox but I plan to “soon”, I’m going to want to own an Xbox even more when the Metro UI arrives on the entertainment system.
